Due to high sunspot activity this year which is producing erratic solar flares and variations in the magnetic flux, the Earth is experiencing a great deal of pressure which may have an unbalancing effect. There is also a major planetary conjunction during May 3rd-6th, when all the inner planets are together causing a great pull, especially from Jupiter and the Sun. In order to help the planet to remain stable during this time there is a simple exercise that needs to be done daily. We, at The Light Centre, West Wales, received this stabilization exercise at the Spring Equinox and have been asked by our light guides to spread it around the globe, so here it is:- Ensure that you are grounded and clear, allow pure white light to flow through you for a few minutes to cleanse and purify your intent. Connect to your Higher Self and send out a beam of Golden Light from your Heart and Higher Self, this goes straight up to the edge of the Earths aura or atmosphere and then it circles around the Earth 12 times in a clockwise direction, asking for stabilization, then return again to the Higher Self when completed. Next allow Cool Blue Light to flow through the Third Eye and from the Heart down deep into the Earths core, to the molten magma, encircle the core with cool blue light placing the intention of calmness and stabilization, then return to yourself, becoming fully ground again. Allow the Golden and Cool Blue light to come from the Light Levels, ask for it, do not use your own energy. Please do this everyday and tell as many people about it as possible. Thanks.
