Peggy became interested in Fountain after hearing a talk by Colin Bloy in early 1980's. With her close friend Nan Wyatt she was the pivot of Fountain Groups in her area. She went on to take the co-ordinator's role for some years and imbued Fountain with her wide ranging knowledge and energy. She was an excellent communicator.

Some of the many interests she shared with us in her articles and letters included the qabala, Sacred Geometry, Monuments on Mars from the NASA space pictures, Quantam Mechanics and the phenomena of Crop Circles. She was a font of knowledge on theses and Art and Music.

Peggy had a great fondness for Colin Bloy, she was one of the few people for whom he would conform. He held her in high esteem.

In the Single Spirit which, she wrote in 1998, Peggy encapsulates Fountain in these words "Thus, in our Fountain Meditations we are using our hithterto neglected or misused power to create a better world. What more can be said the challenge is to dream wonderful dreams and to send rippling across the Universe the most loving and creative thoughts of which we are capable.

In later years she had been unable to stay away from home overnight so was not always able to attend Fountain conferences and missed seeing some of her many friends. However, last year we celebrated our 21st Anniversary in East Grinstead, Sussex and Peggy was able to attend and meet many old friends and display her lively company.

We have all been enriched by her many articles and letters to our magazine, newsletter and website and to the many other publications to which she contributed; one being Sussex Crop Circle magazine, where her articles were both informed and thought provoking. Last year, Peggy achieved her ambition and for the first time was able to go and be in a crop circle.

It was only days prior to her being struck down that Peggy had agreed to take possession of a computer so that she could embrace the electronic age and surf the internet.

The following is a poem written by Peggy, it seems so appropriate.

FLY FREE

Fly free - beyond the Earth and earthly ties
Fly free - into the Realms of Eternal Joy and Everlasting Light
Fly free - upon the Breath that will bring you to the Heart of God
Who loves you and awaits you now.
Our love goes with you
For you are charting a course
That all of us must follow
Into the realms of Light Into
Eternal Joy
