A Hara is the point of focus to which you would like to send your thoughts. It could the centre of your community such as a village green, or a tree, a town clock or square, a city center monument, or just a cross roads.
The Hara
can be likened to the stomach of the community. When we put food into our
stomach its energy spreads out into the rest of the body, enlightening and
uplifting all its cells. If we put bad food into our stomach, then we create
a bad effect for ourselves, but, by sending our very best intent, goodwill
and loving thoughts of Divine Will into our Hara we are nourishing the whole.
This is food for thought, is it not? |
