Today we remember with sadness and joy
Our friend and great teacher Colin Bloy.
A man who served the world and mankind
With a glorious heart and a powerful mind.
Tackling life's journey with courage and zest
He inspired us all on a spiritual quest.

As a healer he proved to be quite unique
Pioneering a brilliant new technique!
As 'homo sapiens' he worked freelance
Surrendering gently into 'homo amans'.

Remember the fun when he cooked us a meal
Which never would lack a sensual appeal?
We drank good wine and the jokes would flow
And nobody really wanted to go!

And then in the end, with motherly care,
A bed would be found for Colin, somewhere!
He did not belong to someone alone,
He belonged to us all, the world was his home!
